Job Summary:
The Air Traffic Controller is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft within designated airspace. They play a crucial role in managing and coordinating air traffic by providing instructions and guidance to pilots, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures, and prioritizing safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and manage air traffic within assigned airspace by utilizing radar systems, communication equipment, and advanced computer systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Air Traffic Management, Aviation, or a related field.
2. Professional certification as an Air Traffic Controller from a recognized regulatory authority.
3. Extensive knowledge of aviation regulations, national and international airspace systems, and air traffic control procedures.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with pilots, air traffic control staff, and other stakeholders.
5. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain concentration for extended periods.
7. Proficient in operating air traffic control systems, radar equipment, and communication tools.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
9. Excellent command of English (verbal and written), with the ability to understand and communicate complex instructions clearly.
10. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
